They are inside old laptop battery packs, retired vape mods, dead torches and power tool batteries — and most of them still hold a useful charge. This <strong>18650 power bank shell</strong> gives one of them a second job: drop a cell in, close the lid, and you have a USB charger small enough to forget about in a pocket.</p>

<p><strong>Before you order:</strong> this is the shell only. No battery and no cable are included. Nothing needs soldering — the cell simply seats against spring contacts.</p>

<h3>Fitting the Cell — Read This Part</h3>
<p><strong>Check the polarity before you close the lid.</strong> Match the positive and negative ends of the cell to the markings inside the bay. Inserting a cell backwards will destroy the circuit board immediately and permanently, and that damage is not covered by any warranty. It takes five seconds to check and there is no way to undo it.</p>
