Please note: Due to our global sourcing model, delivery typically takes 7–20 business days depending on your location. The 30-day return window begins from the date of delivery, not the order date.
1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, items must:
• Be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached
• Include a valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email)
Items returned without meeting these conditions may be refused.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Email us at support@jeffsfavoritepicks.com within 30 days of delivery
2. Include the following in your email:
• Order number
• Item name
• Reason for return
• Photos (required if item is damaged or incorrect)
We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. If approved, we will send return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.
Unauthorized returns (sent without approval) may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Cost
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Please use a trackable shipping method for all returns. We are not responsible for lost return packages.

EU customers: The 14-day withdrawal period begins from the date you physically receive the goods, regardless of delivery duration.
