Important: Delivery times are estimates only. Due to our global sourcing model, please allow 7–20 business days for US/Canada orders and 10–30 business days for international orders from the date of shipment.

Processing Time

       All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

       Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

       During high order volume periods, processing may be extended by an additional 1–2 business days.

 

Shipping Costs

       Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

       Free shipping promotions may apply to selected products and regions — check current offers on our website.

       Customs duties or import taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

 

Tracking and Notifications

       Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address.

       You can track your order directly through the carrier's website using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

       If tracking is unavailable for your country, we will inform you prior to shipping.

 

Please allow 24–72 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update.

 

Customs and Import Duties

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

       Please carefully verify your shipping address before completing your order.

       We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

       If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@jeffsfavoritepicks.com. We will do our best to update it before shipment, but cannot guarantee changes once an order is in processing.

 

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:

       Verify your shipping address was entered correctly at checkout

Orders are considered lost after 30 days from the shipment date for US/Canada, and 45 days for international orders. We will issue a replacement or full refund for confirmed lost shipments.
